Tailor-made machines
For more than 25 years, we have been designing and building machines and plants for various industrial sectors.
We mainly design and build four product lines:
System integrators
Automatic and semi-automatic winders
Packaging machines for rolls - packs - pallets
Palletisers
More than 90% of ATF's production is custom-made, thanks to well-established technical design capabilities and technological know-how.
80% of our products are exported to Europe, USA and Russia.
ATF, which has always specialised in the construction of customised machines, uses state-of-the-art IT systems to link all its departments, from the administrative office to the workshop.
A dedicated software manages the entire order, from the design phase to final testing.
The production of each machine and all individual parts is monitored in real time.
All machine parts, down to the smallest, are coded and managed using bar codes.
ATF is therefore able to uniquely trace any component of any machine produced, even years later.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Before shipment, all lines are installed and accepted by the customer at our premises, using materials sent by the customer for testing.
SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
Our technicians operate all over the world, providing complete installation of the machines produced by our company.
Help Desk
The Help Desk telephone service is available from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 19.00.
Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
Tele-Service
The machines are equipped with an integrated teleservice module for remote assistance.
Preventive Maintenance
For the most sophisticated machines and systems, we promote "Preventive Maintenance Contracts".
Spare parts
Spare parts service and service available to send construction drawings of machine parts to the customer in ZERO time.
