Being a dynamic company formed by highly qualified personnel, ATF proposes solutions that meet the most demanding customers.
ATF, thanks to its technological know-how and to ability of its technical and engineering staff, manufactures more than 90% of its production according to the specific requirements of the customer, that are increasingly oriented towards Taylor-made installations.
ATF has always been committed to the construction of customized machines and has simultaneously invested resources to improve internal processes by using cutting-edge computer systems technology.
A computer network connects all departments, from the administration office to the workshop.
An ad hoc software processes the Purchase Order from the design to the testing phase.
Real-time monitoring of machine and single parts construction.
Today, therefore, even the smallest machine piece is encoded and processed by a bar code-system.
ATF is therefore able to trace uniquely any component of the produced machines, even after many years.
"ATF After Sale" takes care of after sales service worldwide and offers the following services:
- Installation - Maintenance – Preventive Maintenance
- Help Desk
- Spare parts
Installation - Maintenance – Preventive Maintenance
Our technicians operate all over the world and take care of installation and maintenance of all the ATF machines. For the most sophisticated machines and installations we promote our “Preventive Maintenance Contracts”.
Help desk support is available Monday to Friday from 8.00 am. to 7.00 pm.
Saturday from 8.00 am. to 12.00 pm.
In 1998 ATF activated the first teleassistance help desk in a US-company.
The processing mode of the first systems used a connection between two modems.
Today we use Internet-based systems, that permit to our technicians to monitor machines and installations regardless of where they are located.
Spare parts are available through our Customer Service Department or through some of our agencies.
If the requested items are not available in stock, through computerization, we can reproduce any piece in a very short time, since even the smallest pin is encoded.
