The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Data provided voluntarily by the user: purposes.

More precisely, the personal data indicated above will be used by the Owner to reply to the contact request and processed for purposes related to what is indicated and requested through the specific area.
Specific summarised information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services, if these are implemented in the future.
It is forbidden for surfers to send sensitive data via email, i.e. data that could reveal racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-unionist character, as well as personal data that could reveal the state of health and sex life.

E-mail service
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. This data will be collected, recorded, reordered, stored and managed through the use of suitable computer, telematic and paper procedures for a period of time not exceeding the duration and necessity of the processing.
The Data Controller informs you that the aforesaid processing will be carried out in any case guaranteeing security and confidentiality through the prior adoption of suitable measures to prevent alteration, deletion, destruction, unauthorised access or processing that is not allowed or does not comply with the purposes of the collection, in accordance with Title V "Data and system security", Chapter II "Minimum security measures" of the Code and Annex B "Technical specifications regarding minimum security measures".
The processing of the personal data provided may be aimed, as the case may be, at the management of any pre-contractual negotiations in relation to any subsequent relations with Atf Srl, or at the mere exchange of information (e.g., at the user's request, the sending of information material on courses, fairs or events in which the Data Controller takes part), in any case relating to the activities and services provided by the Data Controller.
In any case, the processing will only concern common data. The presence of any data that can be qualified as sensitive will lead to the immediate destruction of the relevant message.

List of references
The data of third parties communicated to Atf Srl are processed in compliance with the principles set forth in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003; said subjects have been contacted in advance by the Data Controller and consent to the dissemination of the personal data provided by them has been acquired, orally or in writing where necessary. Said data will be kept for the time necessary for the purposes of its collection. Each interested party may, at any time, make a request under Article. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the Owner will provide within the time limits of the law.
Optional provision of data
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data through the addresses indicated on the Site to request information or other communications.
Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
Please note that the Data Controller will not be able to process contact requests if the person concerned does not give his/her consent to the processing of the data entered, at least for the purposes and in the manner and timeframe indicated in this information notice.

Processing methods
Personal data are processed, exclusively by appointed personnel, with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
The aforementioned information will be entered into an electronic database until the request is processed by the Data Controller and any related activities are concluded.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
Please note that any transmission of data via the Internet cannot achieve absolute security. It is therefore the User's responsibility to check the accuracy of the personal data concerning him/her and, if necessary, to correct, update or, in any case, modify the data during processing. It is also the User's responsibility to take appropriate security measures to avoid the danger of interception, loss, alteration or destruction of e-mail messages.

Communication of data.
The personal data may be communicated to the persons in charge of the processing and, for the purposes indicated above, to external collaborators, to subjects operating in sectors of privacy or IT interest, to contractual counterparties and their defenders and, in general, to all those subjects to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfilment of the indicated purpose.

Dissemination of data.
The personal data processed through this Site, within the limits indicated, are not subject to dissemination.

Rights of the interested parties.
Article 7 of the Code confers specific rights on the interested party.
In particular, the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her and the provision of such data in an intelligible form; the right to know the source of the data, the logic and purposes upon which their processing is based; the right to know the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated, including in their capacity as Data Processors and/or Persons in charge of Processing, as well as their identification details; the right to obtain the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data, as well as the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law the right to obtain confirmation that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated, except in cases where such fulfilment is impossible or requires means that are manifestly disproportionate to the right protected; the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; as well as the right to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing envisaged for the purposes of providing information or sending informative material.
